What is a UNICORE Rope?


With Beal's line of dynamic climbing ropes that feature UNICORE, climbers now have a safer option to consider when purchasing a rope. UNICORE permanently bonds a rope’s sheath to its core. This eliminates sheath slippage, allows a climber to escape off the rope if the sheath has been cut, reduces rope shrinkage, and allows for the temporary cutting of a rope without the usual fraying of the sheath.

Helping Kids Experience the Mountains


A fourth grade teacher at Rose Park Elementary School decided that she wanted to give her students the experience of skiing or snowboarding. In order to make this happen she turned to Ski Utah, Liberty Mountain, and a generous community of outdoorsy folk.
