No One Likes a Stinky Trail
No one likes to find someone elses human waste. It's kind of an uncomfortable topic to approach, but Shingo Ohkawa feels it's a burden he can carry. There are misconceptions about proper waste removal on the trail. Shingo hopes to clear some of these up and give people the tools they need to be even better at leave no trace regarding this specific kind of waste.

Peregrine Equipment Proudly Supports Backpacking for Behcet's Disease Awareness
Cindy has a rare autoimmune inflammatory disease. She doesn’t let it slow her down though, because she loves to go backpacking. Cindy hopes to inform and educate people about the disease during her travels, and also to encourage doctors and pharmaceutical companies to do more research on Behcet’s disease and others like it. She is writing a book of 'adventures, misadventures, and gear recommendations' during her backpacking trip to help raise awareness.
