Jen grew up camping and backpacking around the east coast where her passion for all things outdoors was sparked. She studied math and education in college and enjoy blending her math skills with her outdoor interests. After 7 years of teaching middle school and high school math, She moved back to Pennsylvania and got connected with Liberty Mountain. She has since moved out to the Utah office to explore what the West has to offer. Through her time as a wilderness instructor and educator, she has enjoyed sea kayaking, ice climbing, rock climbing, mountain biking, and backpacking in a variety of locations including Alaska, California, and several eastern and southern states. She is always ready for a good board game or a new adventure with her pup, Sydney.
