Starting in a small town in Colorado, Greg Lowe's creation of the first internal-frame backpack Lowepro has evolved over 50 years to provide the most innovative way to store camera gear in an organized and water-resistant way. Our goal is to design the most trusted and popular camera bags for active creatives to rely on in any adventure.

OUR TEXTILES AND MATERIALS
Recycled Polyester: rPET is made from post-consumer recycled drink bottles, which save energy and potentially reduce waste going into landfills and habitats.
Recycled Nylon: Recycled industrial waste stock uses less energy than making virgin nylon while giving waste a second life and reducing our use of petroleum.
PFC-Free DWR: Beginning in 2024, we are transitioning away from PFC Durable Water Resistant (DWR) coatings, which we add to fabrics to make them water resistant - to a perfluorinated chemical and polyfluorinated chemical-free (PFC-free) version.
