Liberty Mountain has two locations to better serve your shipping needs. One warehouse is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and the other in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. When you are placing an order you can select which warehouse you would like your products to ship from. This will not only save you cost on shipping based on your location but also save you time waiting for your order to arrive.

If you are interested in receiving a catalog you can order one online here or contact your Sales Representative and they will send one in your next order.

You can become a Liberty Mountain vendor by emailing our Buying Team at Buyers.LM@LibertyMountain.com. They will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Liberty Mountain does have an International Dealer program. If you are interested in becoming an International Dealer, please contact our International Sales Representative.

You can resolve a shipping error or inquire about a product warranty by contacting returns@libertymountain.com for assistance. See our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.

We need tax exemption forms for each state you ship to. Example: If you're tax exempt in UT but drop ship to PA we will need your tax exemption certification for PA otherwise that order will be tax liable.

Shipping estimates are difficult for us to provide since we consolidate so many items into one package. We have to go through the whole picking and packing process to get final dimensions of the package. At this stage our shippers are trying to move as much out the door as possible and immediately putting the package in a truck or lining up for a truck shipment same day.

A Freight Allowance % is provided only to Standard Dealers with approved dealer terms and whose accounts are current and/or Prepaid (CC or Check). Qualifying shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.  C.O.D. shipments are excluded from all freight allowance privileges, unless otherwise approved prior to shipment.

FREIGHT ALLOWANCES ARE ONLY PERMITTED IF THE INVOICE IS PAID WITHIN TERMS AND THE ACCOUNT IS CURRENT.

A minimum of $500 in shippable goods qualifies for freight allowance program.

Any items requiring special ordering or receiving special pricing are excluded from freight allowance privileges unless otherwise stated.

Orders requesting special shipping or routing instructions including TPB (Third Party Billing) do not qualify for any freight allowance terms.

Hazmat fees are included on shipping hazardous materials such as fuel and flares. Hazardous materials will always ship FedEx ground unless palletized. The current fee is $48 for up to 40 lbs. of fuel. Please see the fuel weight calculator or reach out to your rep to help calculate this. If you would like more than 80 lbs. of fuel, or hazmat fees you may want to consider palletizing the fuel for the most economical shipping rate.

For smaller orders the best method would be USPS Priority. For larger orders a freight forwarder is usually used and shipped UPS ground.
