Liberty Mountain and Vendor Policies

Liberty Mountain customers must comply with our vendors' MAP and MSRP policies.
Liberty Mountain encourages you to sell all items at full Suggested Retail Prices and strictly enforces Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP). Visit www.libertymountain.com to download a MAP price list and see vendor’s MAP and pricing policies. We reserve the right to discontinue fulfillment of orders if these policies are not followed.
For all exclusive brand products (e.g. Cypher, Peregrine, Olicamp, Outdoor Designs, Beal, Edelweiss, Grivel, Singing Rock, etc.) MAP pricing is set at 10% below Suggested Retail Pricing unless otherwise stated. These prices are to be honored as a minimum retail with the exception of sales or specials for a limited time (2 weeks).
Internet sales of any kind –
- Selling on all third party internet sites (e.g. Amazon.com, ebay.com) must be approved prior to listing our goods. Liberty Mountain reserves the right to make a final decision on any representation of its products.
- MAP pricing must be upheld at all times. Promotions of any kind must be approved in writing prior to advertising online.
